The March 24 fight between heavyweights Dillian Whyte and Lucas Browne has been picked up by HBO, which will air the fight live at 6 pm ET in the United States, with a same-day replay at 10 pm ET.

Whyte (22-1, 16 KO) and Browne (25-0, 22 KO) are both contenders in the heavyweight division, which has some real momentum right now thanks in large part to Anthony Joshua, who faces Joseph Parker on March 31, and Deontay Wilder, who won a slugfest over Luis Ortiz on March 3.

Both Joshua and Wilder have been Showtime fighters in the United States, but the division is hot and Whyte-Browne is a solid matchup with some good promotion from both fighters thus far, as there’s really been no shortage of animosity in the build-up. The winner of the fight figures to be in the mix for a world title opportunity going forward in 2018.
