Joshua-Parker: Anthony Joshua’s Media Workout

Anthony Joshua holds his public workout ahead of Saturday’s title unification fight.

In this video clip caught by Fight Hub TV, heavyweight titleholder Anthony Joshua holds his part of the open media workout ahead of Saturday night’s title unification with Joseph Parker in Cardiff.

Like Parker, Joshua makes his way to the ring after doing some posing for the fans in attendance and then proceeds to do some shadowboxing and mitt work before giving an in-ring interview with Sky Sports.

Joshua has remained adamant that he’s going to contest this bout in an intelligent manner, not looking to just slug Parker out of there. Joshua says he’ll be a thinking fighter in the ring, looking to use speed, power, and traps to do Parker in, and ultimately expects to stop him in nine rounds.

Whether or not Joshua will be able to live up to that prediction remains to be seen, but we have a good fight on our hands for this weekend.
