Alexander Povetkin stopped David Price in the fifth round of their heavyweight matchup, after both had gone down in the third. Povetkin (34-1, 24 KO) scored a brutal KO here, with Price (22-5, 18 KO) out on his feet before being ripped with another shot. Povetkin, the WBA mandatory, is in line for a shot at Joshua.

Ryan Burnett retained the WBA bantamweight title with a decision victory over Yonfrez Parejo. Burnett (19-0, 9 KO) picked up the win on scores of 116-112, 120-108, and 120-108. Parejo falls to 21-3-1 (10 KO) with the loss.

Veteran lightweight Anthony Crolla improved to 33-6-3 (13 KO) with a 10-round decision win over Edson Ramirez, overcoming a cut to outpoint Ramirez on tallies of 98-92, 100-91, and 100-90. Ramirez is now 18-3-1 (8 KO).

Top prospect Josh Kelly picked up a strong win over former 154-pound titleholder Carlos Molina. Kelly (6-0, 4 KO) had to go the distance, but dominated on the cards, 98-92, 98-92, and 99-92. Molina drops his third straight and falls to 28-9-2 (8 KO).
