Pacquiao-Broner: Manny Pacquiao’s Media Workout

Watch Manny Pacquiao give a preview of his current form as he gets ready to face Adrien Broner on Jan. 19.

We’re now just over a week away from Manny Pacquiao’s next bout, coming against Adrien Broner in a Showtime PPV. And leading into the bout Manny Pacquiao held an open media workout at the Wild Card Gym, which can be viewed above thanks to Fight Hub TV.

During the open media session Pacquiao goes through a mitt routine with longtime trainer Freddie Roach, who is once again back in Pacquiao’s corner. It’s still pretty evident from the video that Pac-Man still packs plenty of power and speed on his punches, not to mention a lil’ pep in his step.

Pacquiao, who is coming into this fight after his first stoppage win in nearly a decade, appears to be in a good place mentally and physically, and some might even say he’s showing that passion for boxing once again. And if Pacquiao really hopes to land a rematch against Floyd Mayweather this year, this is absolutely a fight he can’t afford to lose.
