Friday, Jan. 18

DAZN, 7:00 pm ET, Demetrius Andrade vs Artur Akavov, Jorge Linares vs Pablo Cesar Cano, TJ Doheny vs Ryohei Takahashi, Amanda Serrano vs Eva Voraberger, Chris Algieri vs Daniel Gonzalez. DAZN’s first card of 2019 features a trio of world title fights (Andrade-Akavov, Doheny-Takahashi, and Serrano-Voraberger) and notable names in Linares and Algieri also in action. BLH will have live coverage. To watch Andrade-Akavov, sign up for DAZN and get your first month free!

ESPN+, 9:30 pm ET, Bryant Jennings vs Oscar Rivas, Shakur Stevenson vs Jessie Cris Rosales, Carlos Adames vs Juan Ruiz. Jennings is Top Rank’s heavyweight hopeful, a guy who has already lost at the higher levels (twice) but has won five straight against lesser opposition. Rivas is unbeaten. Stevenson and Adames are in a pair of (designed to be) showcase fights. BLH will have live coverage.

Saturday, Jan. 19

SHO PPV, 9:00 pm ET, Manny Pacquiao vs Adrien Broner, Badou Jack vs Marcus Browne, Rau’shee Warren vs Nordine Oubaali, Jhack Tepora vs Hugo Ruiz. Pacquiao-Broner could be really interesting, or it could be what always happens when Broner steps up and faces a top fighter. But Manny is 40, too, and that can’t be discounted, especially when you have Broner as the opponent, a guy who isn’t quite so easy to hit as Lucas Matthysse. The undercard is solid enough by modern pay-per-view standards. BLH will have live coverage.
