Tyson Fury made some headlines last night on the FOX premiere of WWE SmackDown from Los Angeles, jumping the guardrail and being held back by security in an angle with WWE star Braun Strowman.
Now, WWE is hyping an offer to Fury for an open mic on next week’s edition of Raw, which airs on Monday nights on USA:
WWE is offering Tyson Fury an open microphone… so, what could possibly go wrong?
After hopping the guardrail this past Friday Night on SmackDown in an attempt to confront Braun Strowman, the always controversial Fury will now be offered an open forum this Monday night on Raw to speak his mind following the explosive incident that saw a small army of security struggle to keep him from getting into the ring to mix it up with The Monster Among Men.
Tune in this Monday night at 8/7 C on USA Network to see if Fury accepts!
Now, listen, if this happens, chances are Fury will get a rough outline of things to say and a pretty stern direction to not, y’know, be Tyson Fury, which has gotten him into some trouble in the past.
But Tyson Fury pretty famously doesn’t take direction so well, so who knows? This is all a little dumb, but probably at least as likely to make Tyson Fury famous in America — which is Top Rank’s big hope — as fights behind a $5 paywall with Otto Wallin and Tom Schwarz.
