The rescheduled May 11 rematch between WBC super featherweight titleholder Miguel Berchelt and the man he beat for the belt, Francisco Vargas, looks like it’s headed to Tucson, Arizona, according to ESPN.

The fight was originally slated for March 23 at the Forum in Inglewood, California, but an injury to Berchelt during training camp caused the postponement.

Berchelt (35-1, 31 KO) beat Vargas (25-1-2, 18 KO) via 11th round stoppage back in Jan. 2017 on HBO, winning the 130-pound belt. Since then, Berchelt has made four successful defenses, last beating Mickey Roman in Nov. 2018, while Vargas has bounced back with two wins, the most recent over Rod Salka in April 2018.

The card is also now expected to feature a WBO super bantamweight title rematch between Emmanuel Navarrete and Isaac Dogboe. Navarrete (26-1, 22 KO) upset Dogboe (20-1, 14 KO) on Dec. 8 on the Lomachenko-Pedraza undercard in New York, winning via decision to claim the 122-pound title.
