Paulie Malignaggi breaks down Deontay Wilder vs Dominic Breazeale

Showtime previews Wilder-Breazeale with commentary and analysis from Paulie Malignaggi.

With Deontay Wilder set to defend his WBC heavyweight title this weekend against Dominic Breazeale, Showtime unveils a preview of this weekend’s action with analysis from former champion Paulie Malignaggi.

Malignaggi begins by breaking down the heavyweight landscape before going in depth about the drama-filled fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury last year — claiming he’s just as disappointed the rematch didn’t come off as any fan out there.

The former titleholder goes on to break down the things that both Wilder and Breazeale do well, while also explaining some of their deficiencies which could prove to make this an interesting fight. For Breazeale in particular, Malignaggi says he’s probably feeling the pressure to perform in this title opportunity having already come up short in a previous world title fight against Anthony Joshua.

Then, towards the end of the video feature, even our very own Scott Christ gets a little cameo (in headline form) outlining the personal beef between Wilder and Breazeale. Check out the full video feature above with Scott’s full preview on Wilder-Breazeale right here!
