Mike Coppinger reports that the July 19th IBF eliminator between Teofimo Lopez and Masayuki Nakatani will be joined by a clash of undefeated super lightweight prospects, as Maxim Dadashev and Subriel Matias are set to go at it on ESPN+.

Dadashev (13-0, 11 KO) is presently ranked in both the WBC and IBF top fives and has knocked out eight of his last nine, going the distance only with Antonio DeMarco. He was last seen on the Kubrat Pulev-Bogdan Dinu undercard, where he got off the canvas to viciously knock out Ricky Sismundo in four.

Matias (13-0, 13 KO) presents an intriguing challenge. The 27-year-old Puerto Rican has never gone past six rounds, racking up knockouts of both Prescott brothers and former title challenger Fernando David Saucedo. He’s in three sanctioning bodies’ top 15s.

Two unbeaten prospects in need of a step up going at it is always nice, especially when they’ve knocked out 24 of their combined 26 opponents. This could wind up a fun little card.
