Oscar Valdez and Jason Sanchez are good to go for tomorrow night’s WBO featherweight title main event on ESPN, as both made weight today in Reno, Nevada.
Valdez (25-0, 20 KO) weighed in at 125½ to defend his belt, with challenger Sanchez (14-0, 7 KO) at 124¾. The fight will be Valdez’s sixth defense of the title that he won back in July 2016.
Prospect Gabriel Flores Jr (13-0, 6 KO) is also ready for his co-feature bout, an eight-round lightweight matchup against Salvador Briceno (15-3, 9 KO). Flores weighed in at 132¾, with Briceno at 132¼.
