Vasiliy Lomachenko willing to move down to 130 for Gervonta Davis fight

Lomachenko fields some media questions before he takes on Luke Campbell this weekend.

During a media scrum caught by Fight Hub TV, lightweight titleholder Vasiliy Lomachenko takes some questions from media members about his this fight and some of his future plans. Check out some quick excerpts belows...

Lomachenko on if he feels any pressure by being compared to all-time greats:

“Of course I feel a little pressure, but not a big pressure.”

On if he thinks he can move up to 140:

“Not now. Not now. Now I focus on my future fight and after I have one more title — later, maybe.”

On why he’s felt it necessary to hire a sports psychologist:

“He train my mind. He train my head because in boxing you need to think very fast.”

On what he thinks Luke Campbell can trouble him with:

“He has a big reach. And he’s smart and very technical fighter. So it will be very interesting.”

On fans being interesting in seeing him face Gervonta Davis:

“You know, after 135 I go down 130 and I think we can organize this fight.”
