Williams-Rosario: Julian Williams’ Open Media Workout

Watch Julian Williams put the finishing touches on his training camp as he prepares to defend his world title against Jeison Rosario next weekend.

With unified junior middleweight titleholder Julian Williams (27-1-1, 16 KOs) getting ready to defend his belts against challenger Jeison Rosario (19-1-1, 13 KOs) next weekend in Philadelphia, Williams holds an open media workout which can be viewed above thanks to our friends at Fight Hub TV.

For the most part you can tell that Williams is already in tremendous shape and is looking to stay sharp with his punches and counters as he goes through some paces with his two trainers. And by nerdy boxing side actually kind of likes to see the vastly different approaches trainers take in working the mitts.

In the back half of the video Williams goes through a solid shadowboxing routine as he visualizes the fight at hand. Williams is currently coming off the biggest win of his career when he beat Jarrett Hurd last Spring to become unified champion, but insists that he’s still hungry and looking to add to his resume.
