Premier Boxing Champions is set to offer some Wednesday night action on November 4th. 2016 Olympian Eimantas Stanionis headlines against regular Justin DeLoach, while fellow unbeaten Chordale Booker takes on Kosovo’s Skender Halili in the co-feature.
26-year-old Stanionis (10-0, 7 KO), representing his native Lithuania, reached the Rio welterweight quarterfinals before running afoul of future silver medalist and current rising prospect Shakhram Giyasov. He notably sports a 2018 victory over durable veteran Levan Gvamichava, but has been taking soft touches since injuring his hand last year.
DeLoach (19-4, 10 KO) recently hit a 1-3 skid against Nathaniel Gallimore, Jeison Rosario, and Terrel Williams, but bounced back in August with a knockout of unbeaten Livan Navarro. He’s taken a number of fighters’ 0’s and has a nice win over Christopher Pearson, who went on to upset Yamaguchi Falcao. A solid test for Stanionis by the looks of things.
Booker (15-0, 7 KO), well-regarded super welterweight prospect, swept Wale Omotoso on the scorecards in May of last year, but hasn’t fought since. The Kosovo-born, Bronx-based Halili (16-2, 13 KO) last saw action in 2018 and lost to a 1-3-2 fighter not long prior.
