The Big Question: Who wins Ryan Garcia vs Luke Campbell?

Ryan Garcia steps up the competition against Luke Campbell on Saturday. Who ya got?

Last week’s Big Question asked if Canelo-GGG 3 should be next for those two star fighters. 68 percent said that yes, the fight should happen now. That doesn’t look like it’ll be the case. After reports of Canelo facing WBC mandatory Avni Yildirim in February came out, it was then added that Canelo is looking at a two-fight deal that would see him fight Yildirim in February and then Billy Joe Saunders in May. So as usual we’ve wasted our whole dang diddly lives.

This week we’ve got a notable fight coming on Saturday, as Ryan Garcia will face Luke Campbell in a lightweight main event on DAZN. Personally, I think it’s the obvious standout fight on the January schedule, and I think in general the boxing fan base is fired up for this one.

If you think the 22-year-old Garcia (20-0, 17 KO) has the goods beyond social media follower counts, you can see this as his chance to prove it against Campbell (20-3, 16 KO), who is a big step up from the Romero Dunos and Francisco Fonsecas of the world.

How to Watch Garcia vs Campbell

Date: Saturday, Jan. 2 | Start Time: 3:00 pm ET
Location: American Airlines Center - Dallas, TX

And if you don’t think Garcia’s got the skills once the pressure turns up, then you might be seeing this as FINALLY, the chance for him to be EXPOSED! We all know REAL fighters don’t have social media followings or much mainstream appeal! GET OUTTA HERE, YA PHONY!

Anyway, simple question this week: who ya got on Saturday? Does “Kingry” pan out, or does the 33-year-old former Olympic gold medalist reality check him in the step up?
