DAZN, 10:00 pm ET, Ricardo Sandoval vs Raymond Tabugon, Oscar Negrete vs Alberto Melian. There will be more on the card but these are the confirmed top two fights. Sandoval is a 20-year-old flyweight prospect from California, 17-1 (12 KO) with his lone loss coming in 2016, when he was 17 years old. The 28-year-old Filipino Tabugon is a veteran, record of 22-11-1 (11 KO), 2-4 in his last six. He’s no great fighter by any means but he’s been around the block. The better matchup here is probably Negrete-Melian. Negrete is coming off of his terrific trilogy with Joshua Franco, and though he’s 1-2-2 in his last five, he’s not a bad fighter at all (he went 0-1-2 against Franco and lost a world title fight to Rey Vargas in 2017). He comes to fight, and so does Melian, a former Olympian from Argentina who lost to Leonardo Baez last July and is generally in fun fights. BLH will have live coverage.

DAZN, 2:00 pm ET, Kell Brook vs Mark DeLuca, Kid Galahad vs Claudio Marrero, Eva Wahlstrom vs Terri Harper. This is pure tune-up material for Brook, as the 33-year-old former welterweight titleholder looks to shake the rust after sitting out all of 2019 with various rumors for fights going nowhere. DeLuca, a 31-year-old American, is really a club fighter with a fluffy record. Galahad-Marrero is the much more evenly-matched fight, an IBF eliminator at 126, while the aging Wahlstrom looks to defend her WBC 130-pound title against the rising Harper. BLH will have live coverage.
SHO, 9:00 pm ET, Gary Russell Jr vs Tugstsogt Nyambayar, Guillermo Rigondeaux vs Liborio Solis, Jaime Arboleda vs Jayson Velez. Russell-Nyambayar is a fight I really think you don’t want to sleep on. Gary’s a terrific talent, always has been, but Nyambayar is one of the better opponent’s he’s faced — at least on paper. A former Olympic silver medalist from Mongolia, “King Tug” has some skills and could press Russell in a way he hasn’t been since the first half of the JoJo Diaz fight in 2018, and that wasn’t an easy night for Russell. “Phone Booth” Rigo is back and taking a bold move down to 118 at age 39, facing the 37-year-old Solis for the vacant WBA “world” bantamweight title. Arboleda-Velez is a WBA eliminator at 130. BLH will have live coverage.
