Tonight at 8 pm ET streaming live on DAZN from Texas, Mikey Garcia returns to take a second crack at the welterweight division, facing former two-division titleholder Jessie Vargas in the main event of a stacked card.

Wil Esco will be here with live, round-by-round coverage for the main card, starting at 8 pm ET.

Garcia and Vargas are both in sort of a must-win situation here. Garcia needs it because he’s been out for a year after being frankly embarrassed by Errol Spence Jr, and another poor showing tonight will kill his name value in the short term. And Vargas, who has been flirting with a move to 154, is in real need of a notable win, too, if he wants to stay in this big fight mix at either 147 or 154 going forward.

Julio Cesar Martinez will defend the WBC flyweight title against Jay Harris, and Kal Yafai will put his WBA junior bantamweight title on the line against Hall of Fame-bound Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez. The main card will open with heavyweight Joseph Parker taking on Shawndell Winters.

Prelim coverage starts at 6 pm ET, featuring returns for Israil Madrimov, Alexis Espino, and Diego Pacheco.

Prelims (DAZN, 6:00 pm ET)

  • Israil Madrimov (4-0, 4 KO) vs Charlie Navarro (29-9, 22 KO), junior middleweights, 10 rounds
  • Diego Pacheco (8-0, 7 KO) vs Oscar Riojas (21-12-1, 10 KO), super middleweights, 6 rounds
  • Alexis Espino (5-0, 4 KO) vs Delvecchio Savage (3-5-1, 3 KO), super middleweights, 6 rounds

Main Card (DAZN, 8:00 pm ET)

  • Mikey Garcia (39-1, 30 KO) vs Jessie Vargas (29-2-2, 11 KO), welterweights, 12 rounds
  • Kal Yafai (26-0, 15 KO) vs Roman Gonzalez (48-2, 40 KO), junior bantamweights, 12 rounds
  • Julio Cesar Martinez (15-1, 12 KO) vs Jay Harris (17-0, 9 KO), flyweights, 12 rounds
