If you follow enough athletes on Instagram, chances are you’ve seen a good amount of home workouts from these folks during the coronavirus lockdown, which has even the world’s fittest men and women quarantined in their homes, away from gyms and their normal routines.
Tyson Fury is no different. The WBC (and LINEAL!!!!!) heavyweight champ is home with his family, and he’s trying to keep in shape as best he can. But given that he’s Tyson Fury, of course there’s a unique spin on leg day, as he picks wife Paris up in a fireman’s carry to get some reps in.
Fury, who won the WBC belt on Feb. 22 by stopping Deontay Wilder in a rematch, was set for a contractually obligated third meeting with the American, and the bout was slated to take place on July 18. That will be pushed back, possibly into October, as right now there’s really no telling when anything will get running at even half-speed again, let alone the full speed you’d want for a major event like that.
