Recently, the World Boxing Super Series ran a heavyweight tournament on the old Fight Night Champion video game. While the tournament was goofy as hell — Butterbean! David Haye! Joe Frazier disappearing before the quarterfinals! — the finals was what everyone wanted it to be, Muhammad Ali vs Mike Tyson.
eTyson won, but real Tyson chuckled at the idea of him beating Ali in the mythical prime vs prime matchup in a weekend interview with Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports.
“I know it’s a fantasy game. Most likely, I would win the fantasy. I wouldn’t win the real fight,” Tyson laughed. “Ali is the greatest that ever lived.”
Tyson, now 53 years of age, also talked UFC and MMA, Dana White, and more in his chat with Iole. He still seems to be doing pretty well overall in life, which is good to see, and he also gets into some of the positive changes he’s made in his life.
