Tonight at 11 pm ET on ESPN, Miguel Berchelt headlines in non-title action from Mexico City, as we wrap up a three-show week of Top Rank Boxing.

Berchelt, 28, is the best 130-pound fighter in the sport and really one of the best and most underappreciated pound-for-pound fighters in the world today, an exciting, powerful, and skilled fighter who always brings the fight and looks to finish.

Tonight is just a stay-busy fight for him, as he takes on Eleazar Valenzuela, a 25-year-old journeyman, in a lightweight fight set for 10 rounds.

The most interesting fight on the card is 21-year-old junior welterweight prospect Omar Aguilar putting his undefeated record on the line against Dante “Crazy” Jardon, a battle-tested veteran at age 32 who is really a natural 130-pounder and unsuccessfully challenged for a world title in that division back in 2013.

We’re here tonight mainly because it’s boxing, it’s on ESPN, and this is what we do. Let’s get it!

Here’s the full lineup:

Main Card (ESPN, 11:00 pm ET)

  • Miguel Berchelt (37-1, 33 KO) vs Eleazar Valenzuela (21-13-4, 16 KO), lightweights, 10 rounds
  • Omar Aguilar (17-0, 16 KO) vs Dante Jardon (32-6, 23 KO), junior welterweights, 10 rounds
  • Alan David Picasso (13-1, 5 KO) vs Florentino Perez (14-5-2, 9 KO), junior featherweights, 8 rounds
