The 29-year-old Jukembayev (18-0, 14 KO), born in Shu, Kazakhstan and presently training under Manny Robles, has thus far spent his career entirely in Quebec under Eye of the Tiger management. His biggest win to date came in 2019, when he all-but-swept tricky veteran Miguel Vazquez on the scorecards, and he was last seen knocking out Ricardo Lara in January of last year. He’s presently ranked eighth by the WBC and IBF and 14th by the WBA,
