With junior middleweight Serhii Bohacuk set for 10 rounds of action tonight, taking on Brandon Adams in a Ring City USA show, Bohachuk tells RingTV that he’s been studying tape of Adams and is fully confident that he’ll come out with his hand raised. Bohachuk says he’s been watching Adams past fight against Jermell Charlo and has no doubts that he’s going to end the night with a win.

“I’ve followed and seen his fights on YouTube. I saw his fight against Charlo” Bohachuk told The Ring. “I respect him, but I’m more than 100-percent ready. I’m 200-percent ready for whatever Adams brings. No doubt, I will be the winner.”

Bohachuk had recently split with his longtime trainer Abel Sanchez before there was a falling out that caused the pair to split, but Bohachuk has since been working with Manny Robles who has been steering him away from deliberately seeking knockouts to instead focusing more on defense and picking spots to unload his power. To that end Bohachuk says he’s become a better boxer under Robles’ instruction and expects to show more of that tonight.

The Ukrainian fighter would continue to express his impoverished upbringing, explaining how important it is for him to keep winning as he’s the main financial provider for much of his family back home. And with a win here, Bohachuk believes he’ll be in striking distance of a world title opportunity. Catch full live coverage of tonight’s card with us right here at BLH!
