Today at 2 pm ET on ESPN+ and BT Sport (UK), Moruti Mthalane will defend his IBF flyweight title against Sunny Edwards in a York Hall main event, and we’ll be here with live updates and full coverage.
All live updates, including round-by-round for the Mthalane-Edwards main event, will come in this stream:
The 38-year-old Mthalane has been one of the best flyweights in the world for well over a decade at this point, and is a big step up for the 25-year-old Edwards. It’s a terrific matchup for Edwards as far as getting the shot against a real top guy, and we’ll see if maybe they’ve bitten off more than they can chew, or if Sunny is ready to join the elite ranks at 112.
How to Watch Mthalane vs Edwards
Date: Friday, April 30 | Start Time: 2:00 pm ET
Location: York Hall - London, England
Streaming: ESPN+ (US) | TV: BT Sport (UK)

In the co-feature, Michael Conlan will return, this time at junior featherweight, as he faces Ionut Baluta. Baluta has won six straight and picked up solid wins over Kyle Williams, TJ Doheny (a good upset at the time), and Davey Oliver Joyce in his last three. Conlan is the favorite here, but Baluta has been pretty good at “underdog” lately.
The card will also feature Troy Williams and Kieran Smith in a matchup of unbeaten junior middleweights, plus prospects Ryan Garner and Joshua Frankham in action.
